The breeze gently blows through my open window bringing the smell of fresh leaves and the song of the early birds. I open my eyes and take a deep breath, filling my lungs. I sit on the side of my bed, a smile on my face. I’m filled with happiness: I know this day is waiting for me with arms wide open and I don’t plan on making it wait for long.
April and May are the best time to go out and finally train. It’s time to test the body and make sure your winter training worked well!
