Working out solo, in a group or family
From May to the end of September, Mont-Tremblant welcomes athletes of all kinds and offers them a unique experience to complete their training. Our services and facilities are specifically designed to meet the needs of athletes in solo, groups and families. Just push your limits and enjoy the charms of the region, nature, gastronomy and the warm hospitality of the local population.
Centre d’Information Régional IRONMAN Mont-Tremblant
The Centre d’Information Régional IRONMAN Mont-Tremblant (CIRIM) (Mont-Tremblant IRONMAN Regional Information Center), located around the Lake Tremblant, provides athletes and sportsmen with comprehensive and custom services. Information about courses and water temperature, access to lockers, day camp for children offered at the beach (Centre nautique Pierre Plouffe – $) and services tailored to your training, the CIRIM team will assist and advise you on how to enjoy your stay to the utmost.
Open every day from June 1st to September 7
From Monday to Thursday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
From Friday to Sunday: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Extended opening hours from June 15 to 19 and from August 10 to 14: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Lac Tremblant is the perfect place to get yourself ready for your next challenge. Mont-Tremblant definitely has what it takes to satisfy elite and recreational swimmers. Access to the marked swimming course is free for athletes attending the IRONMAN Mont-Tremblant events for the season 2015. The fee is $5 per day, $50 per season, for unregistered athletes, and accompanying persons.

Complexe aquatique Mont-Tremblant
The Complexe aquatique Mont-Tremblant was designed to appeal both to amateur athletes as well as to high-performance athletes. The 3,300 square-meter building houses a recreation pool and a semi-Olympic swimming pool 25 meters long by 20.4 meters wide with eight swimming lanes, including two corridors. It will be open at all times to facilitate the training of swimmers.
In the functional building program, there is also a training room, bleachers for 140 people, a lounge for 80 people with a bay window overlooking the recreational pool as well as a cardio gym that offers eight treadmills with a course simulator, three bikes with IRONMAN course simulators, ten bikes with iPad’s and nine training bikes.
