From May until the end of September, Mont-Tremblant welcomes sports enthusiasts from around the world looking to train in a unique, natural setting. Push past your limits and enjoy our region’s charming features, fine dining and renowned hospitality.
Lac Tremblant is the perfect place to get ready for your next challenge. Access to the marked swimming course is free for athletes taking part in the 2017 IRONMAN Mont-Tremblant events. Unregistered athletes and supporters must pay a daily access fee of $5 or $50 for the season.
Complexe aquatique Mont-Tremblant
The Complexe aquatique Mont-Tremblant was designed to appeal to both amateurs and high-performance athletes. The 3,300-square- metre building houses a recreational pool and a semi-Olympic pool (25 x 20.4 metres) with eight lanes, including two that are set aside at all times for athletes in training.
Also available in the complex are a training room, bleachers that sit up to 140 people, a lounge, with glass windows overlooking the recreational pool, that can host up to 80 people as well as a cardio gym that features eight treadmills with IRONMAN course simulators, ten bikes with iPads and nine stationary bikes.
